Great location and facilities.

Just staying for one night in a single room on the 8th floor.
Good sized bed and shower with heated floor.
Situated on the main road close to shops and bars plus the war museum. A good 2 hour visit.
The evening meal was excellent even at the usual expensive price!
Breakfast too much to choose from!

Dirty, dirty, careless

Very dirty, dirty. We had a smashed bottle in the hallway in front of our room the first day. Everything was sticky and glass splinters everywhere. We reported it to reception. After 3 days on our departure the bottle including splinters and dirt was still not polished!! Likewise, we never saw a cleaner and in the entrance area, in the lift, in the hallway it was very dirty. The rooms are ok. We were in the 15th. Floor and the view in the evening with the lights beautiful. The common room at the entrance was dirty and the third photo shows the view. From the parkway to the hotel you could hardly walk, everything blocked.

Excellent view from our room on the 14th floor, the rooftop bar is great in the evening too.

Great room with lovely viewsrent and with good bed. Tryed the burger in the restaurant and it came on top 3 of my burger experiences. Very nice reception in the reception, the food came quickly with a nice professional waitress. Overall very good impressions and there will be more stays at Scandic Narvik

I would stay here again

Nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Maybe not so modern. Nice, big bathroom. Black out curtains which were handy because of the midnight sun. My room was creepy and definitely haunted. Nice and helpful staff. The red carpet outside the hotel is an accident waiting to happen, as it keeps folding and it’s easy to trip over. Great view of the mountains from the 15th floor. The hotel itself is very ugly from the outside and a giant eyesore in the city, blocking some of the view of the mountains. Could definitely have been designed better. It’s easy to get to absolutely stunning places from Narvik. Nature, lakes, mountains. Wonderful! Terrific breakfast buffet, the options were endless. Smoothies, bacon, fruit, pancakes, sausages, cereals, yogurt, juice, baked beans, lots of other stuff. Fresh and so delicious. Felt like I was in Heaven! I’d stay here again!
