Very nice and attentive staff. Asked for soap (dispenser in room was broken) and it was brought in 2 minutes. The shower was a bit of a challenge (small). Only had shampoo a soap- no conditioner.
Location and entire area were amazing!
Nice to have a pool.
Breakfast had a lot of options and enjoyed our stay!

Avoid this place
Unfortunately, our three-night stay did not meet the standards we would expect from a four-star hotel.
The first major issue was housekeeping. The bed linen had visible stains in several places, as shown in the photos. After housekeeping serviced the room, the bed was made extremely poorly and untidily
During our entire three-night stay, the bathroom amenities, including shampoo and soap, were never replenished. Even the glasses we had used for drinks the previous evening were left unwashed the following day.
There was an electric kettle in the room, but strangely, nothing was provided with it — no tea, no coffee, and not even complimentary drinking water. Having a kettle without anything to actually prepare with it seemed rather pointless, particularly for a hotel of this category.
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The photos advertised by the hotel give the impression of a much more varied buffet, showing different cheeses, cold cuts, nuts and other options. The reality was very different. There were no nuts at all, and the selection was extremely limited, with essentially one type of cheese, one type of olives, eggs and a few other basic items.
The bread and croissants were stale, hard and did not seem fresh. The coffee machine also appeared to be in serious need of maintenance and descaling. It could take around five minutes just to dispense a small cup of espresso.
Getting hot water for tea was surprisingly difficult as well. Hot water was frequently unavailable, and on several occasions I specifically had to ask for it. Twice, a thermos was brought to me containing lukewarm rather than hot water.
Communication with the staff was also difficult, as several staff members had very limited English.
The location has both advantages and disadvantages. The hotel is relatively close to Kotor and the setting by the Bay of Kotor is pleasant. However, guests arriving with a rental car should be aware that the road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow in many places. Driving along it can be stressful, particularly when encountering local drivers who often drive quite fast and leave very little room for oncoming traffic. So while the hotel may appear conveniently located near Kotor on the map, access by car is not necessarily convenient.
Overall, the hotel has a pleasant setting and certainly has potential, but the standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, breakfast, maintenance, room amenities and guest service was simply not what we expected from a four-star property. The reality was noticeably different from the impression given by the hotel's photos and description.

Top class service!
What gives the hotel the high rating is mainly due to the service and helpfulness of the staff. It was all very nice and helpful. Had booked a hotel until Friday when I discovered that the flight left on Saturday. No problem, a little tinkering and fixing so arranged a new room. I also dropped my phone in a taxi but the reception called around to the taxi companies and after a little while my phone was back. Had a room that said mountain views, other hotels had probably written some lake views too. The room was quite okay and the cleaning good. Walk carefully, it will be slippery on the floor with wet feet. Breakfast was maybe like that, but the service was top notch! The restaurant was slightly cheaper than in Sweden. There is a bus outside the hotel to Kotor (the blue line). It runs once an hour, sometimes. Nobody really knows what hour either.

Staff were very helpful and the bar was open late and they did food which was great. However the room and building could have been cleaner, and it felt a little run down. Small things like lack of lift made an big impact. Also pool is away for bar area so you don't get anyone coming to offer drinks (its up a hill beside a different building). That being said I think if you ordered at the bar the helpful staff would bring it to you. It's also a little out of the way and the bus service is not great. Overall for the price and fantastic staff it's perfectly fine. Just go in with your eyes open.

Great overall stay, not far from kotor old town. Great swimming in front. Breakfast in tue morning was delicious. Only complaints was ac didn’t work great, room was hot. Also my room had no hangers.
