Hotel was nice but the most amazing experience was the breakfast! Quality is good was outstanding, and the service was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

A lovely boutique hotel located in a tranquil area just north of the Tivat city center. The location was very pittoresk with lovely views of the bay and the mountains. The room was quite spacious with a seating area, mini bar and complimentary water. The bed was super comfortable! Clean spacious bathroom with Ritual amenities. Restaurant is at the main building right by the water and that’s also where breakfast is served. Beautiful setting both in the morning and at night! We stayed in room 322 and had a beautiful view from our window of the little church with the bay and mountains in the background. We can highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Excellent location right on the beach. Very good restaurant with big portions exactly as shown on photo in the menu. Really nice place to relax.

Cheating!!! This is not a hotel or an apartment!!!!
Attention!!! You are being deceived!!! It's not a hotel, it's not an apartment. It's soba, namely the room in the house.
Reception, sauna, spa, restaurant - it all refers to the hotel corruba. And to get those services, you have to run across the highway all the time.
Highway - no tunnel and no traffic lights!! It's dangerous.
On all known platforms, these features are not listed, which is a violation.
We lived in this house from 12 to 17 July 2026. Our number is N12. A dreary yard, a terrible view from the backyard. Entrance to room N12 from the backyard.
I am writing this review to warn other tourists against disappointment and overpayment.
At the reception you will be convinced that soba is also an apartment, only without kitchen. Haha, that's a brazen lie.

We are disappointed that your review contains several misleading statements, and we feel it is important to clarify them for future guests.
Our property offers both apartment and rooms, exactly as advertised on all booking platforms. You booked a room not an apartment, so it is inaccurate to claim that you were misled into receiving different accommodation than the one you reserved.
The location of the accommodation and the fact that the reception, restaurant are located at the nearby 4-star hotel (2 minutes walk on the seashore) are clearly stated on all the channels we are cooperating with directly.
Your claim that guests must cross a "dangerous road" is misleading. The hotel is located just across local road, with a marked pedestrian crossing directly in front of the property, providing safe access to all hotel facilities, which is even visible at the corner of your photo.
It is also worth noting that your review makes no mention of the rich breakfast served by the sea, access to the swimming pool, sun loungers, the cleanliness of your accommodation, or the service provided by our staff. Instead, it focuses exclusively on negative comments, creating an incomplete and inaccurate impression of the experience we provide.
As for the neighboring yard shown in your photos, it is not part of our property. Temporary renovation work on adjacent private properties is beyond our control.
Throughout your stay, you had our direct telephone number and a phone in your room, and our team was available within minutes to assist you with any concerns. No issues were reported during your stay, which gave us no opportunity to address them, only the one that we are not a hotel.

Lovely little place within walking distance to the Port. Beach bars near and restaurants. Very helpful staff.
