Perfect stay

This Moxy is the best one I've been to. This is no ordinary Moxy...this one is big! Like other Moxies though, it is modern, hip, and has all the great vibes you are looking for. Hotel staff are amazing and make sure to ask for David at breakfast, he is attentive and so nice.

Vacation in Tulum

The hotel is seems like new.
Location is a bit far from central but still ok to access there.
Staff is also nice.
Especially, David is very kind to us.
Always take care of us.
However, there are some points they can improve.
- Rent bicycles
- Breakfast
Hope to be better hotel for all tourists!

Great Stay at Moxy Tulum

We had a great stay at Moxy Tulum! The hotel is simple but very nice, clean, modern, and comfortable. We appreciated having two double beds, which worked well for our trip.
A special shoutout to David, who took care of us every morning at breakfast. He remembered our names from day one and always welcomed us with a smile, even when we returned later in the day. That personal touch made us feel genuinely valued.
The breakfast was okay—not anything to rave about—but it was convenient and enough to get the day started.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and great service made it a place we’d definitely consider staying at again.

Excellent place

Very nice experience here at Moxy Tulum hotel I came with my family from Arizona excellent staff also excellent food, the kindness goes without saying thanks to everyone for their attention and the hotel very clean super recommended at 1000%

Moxy Tulum

This is a very new hotel with excellent interior design and comfortable rooms, the gym is better than most hotel gyms and brand new. Service and the people are awesome special thanks for Fernando and David.
