Cozy, comfortable hotel
In contrast, the rooms are bright, modern and designed for guests' comfort. The beds were comfortable, with an assortment of pillows. Housekeeping cleanliness was impeccable.
The free wifi signal was strong and reliable. There were several electrical outlets for charging phones and computers, although some were not as conveniently located as we wished. But we were easily able to adapt.
The bathroom was small but attractive, very clean; and in the shower, hot water came within seconds.
A breakfast buffet is included in the rate, with a variety of both hot and cold dishes, to appeal to most tastes. The coffee and bolillos (Mexican hard rolls) were unusually good.
The regular restaurant menu, available in the daytime and in the evening, is comprised of Mexican standard dishes, most of which that we had were well prepared. Soups were especially good. We enjoyed the Calso Tlapeño, a sort of chicken and vegetable soup, spiked with chile chipotle.
We arrived by bus and taxi, so we didn't use the vast underground parking garage, available free of charge to guests. There's access by a door and a ramp just off the restaurant.
Presently, the standard rate for a double room is $825 pesos, but hospital patients are granted a discounted rate of $665 pesos. The hotel welcomes all guests, whether patients or not. There is no hospital atmosphere about this hotel.
Our room, #20, on the fifth floor, was relatively quiet. In the night, we did hear an orchestra and choral group performing at some distance away, but it did not bother us. We did hear a few sounds from nearby rooms.

Nice !
I enjoyed the colonial architecture in the lobby and breakfast area. Look at the ceiling in the reception. It's woven brick dome. Craftsmanship in Zona Historico is hidden and in plain view everywhere.

Hotel comodo e tranquillo
Vicino al centro. Io e mia moglie abbiamo dormito qui una notte di passaggio per Guanajuato.A Leon faceva freddino (metà Dicembre), la camera era fornita di coperte e di stufetta elettrica,abbiamo dormito bene.

!EXCELENTE OPCIÓN !
Tiene convenio por parte del hospital y hay precio preferencial para los pacientes que vamos de otros lados de la república. Muy recomendable.
