Good location, but it is an experience I would not repeat.
They requested that I pay for the stay in advance and subsequently my reservation was canceled on the platform. Having the card details, they charged directly. The situation seemed unclear to me and created a bad experience from the start.
The service from the staff was also not up to par. Both at reception and during the stay, I found little service attitude and scant willingness to help the guest.
The reception bathrooms were dirty, the room is extremely small even by budget hotel standards, they do not include a complimentary bottle of water and only provide bath towels, without towels for hands or face.
Additionally, despite expressly requesting not to be disturbed early for cleaning service, they began knocking on the door from the morning, interrupting my rest.
The only positive aspect I can mention is the location, which is convenient, and that parking does not have an additional cost.
I travel frequently and I fully understand what to expect from a hotel of this category. I did not expect luxury, but I did expect proper service and basic attention to the guest. Unfortunately, the sum of all these details made the experience very bad. Personally, I would not stay here again.

When we notified the hotel, no action was taken: no apologies, no investigation, no compensation. I asked for a video but they argued that only law enforcement agencies can request and see those security videos. The hotel has a sign in the parking lot with a disclaimer on total or partial loss of your vehicle. This is somehow normal, but what I find unacceptable is the fact that they have NO security personnel to try to deter these robberies.
