Perfect winter getaway

Perfect location close to the ski slopes but also close to the town. The breakfast option is great with traditional Lebanese food that is so yummy. The large room with 2 bedrooms is perfect for a large family, the wifi is great and the kitchenette kept us going all through our one week stay. Hot water is always available and the heater is always on. Highly recommended :)

Great stay - super friendly

We stayed here for two nights during the summer, all the people are super friendly and and helpful for any suggestions or ideas what to do in the area, the restaurant is very tasty, rooms are as described and spacious. We had a great stay. Picture from the restaurant terrace

Perfect apartment especially for families

We spent a week in a 1-bedroom apartment. We are a family of 5 (3 kids). The apartment is fully furnished with everything we might need, especially the kitchen that contains everything from cutlery to pans. There is even a pressure cooker, a grill, an electric kettle, a fully working oven and oven top. We felt like home, I was cooking everyday. The apartment was very well heated and the hot water is available all day. The hotel service is great and very responsive. The location is also very convenient as you need 10 minutes by car to the Arz ski slopes. highly recommended.

Samar Resort

The hotel is amazing. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. The antique furniture makes us feel really cosy and confortable. The price is cheap. Definitely recommended and definitely will revisit. :)

Bad service - good location

The apartment had a very bad smell due to toilets infrastructure.
Balcony without balustrade, too dangerous for a family with young children.
I booked a chalet for 6 people and got sheets and towels for 4.
Reception closed at 11:00 pm and not open before 10:00 am.
I don't recommend.
