Place that EXEEDED all expectations!
This apartment genuinely EXEEDED all my expectations. I’ve stayed in many 4–5 star hotels and Airbnbs, but this place surprised me in the best way.
Everything was incredibly easy — from the smooth online check-in to the quick, hassle-free self-service arrival. The apartment itself had absolutely everything you could possibly need (and more): a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, even small thoughtful touches like porridge for breakfast, tea, coffee, and even an umbrella.
The bed and sheets were VERY comfortable with a different pillows for extra comfort, the bathroom was super clean amd with a bath, and the location couldn’t be better. On top of that, the welcome snack and handwritten note were such a warm and personal touch — honestly, even top hotels could learn from this.:)

Nice room but hard to access and noisy
Nice room with large bath. But you have to check in online to get a passcode and we had to ask for it the day before. Parking is not offered but a large lot was available at the end of the street for 30€ per day. Exterior is old and we even had a rat run down the sidewalk as we approached the front door. Our room was on the second floor and the very narrow circular stairs was most difficult to climb with luggage. It was warm out and the provided fan was too noisy to run at night. So we left the windows open. Big mistake as traffic and voices all night long woke us up several times. We have been in 70 countries and this is the noisiest hotel of our lives. Would not stay here again.

It was a big room, very spacious and plenty of amenities. The only issue I’d say is that my room was at the very top of two very steep stairs that are quite small. I was fine but an older person or someone with a lot of luggage might have trouble getting up so keep that in mind. But no problems for me personally.

Some Issues But Overall a Good Stay
We mostly enjoyed our two-night stay in this hotel. It's in a good location in old town, very close to the major sights. The suite was very spacious and it was very convenient having kitchen and laundry facilities. There is no dryer, but we found that the heated towel rack worked well to dry our clothes. The bed was comfortable. The suite seemed clean except for some grout in the shower that was somewhat dingy. There were no facial tissues provided and the hand soap in the bathroom seemed like it was mixed with water. It would have been nice to have a trash can in the living/bedroom area. There was a fair amount of street noise at night. There is no way to control the suite temperature from the room; you have to contact the staff via Whatsapp to adjust the temperature. While the staff were always quick to respond and resolve the issue, it was strange to have to do it this way. It felt like the hotel didn't trust the guests to not turn the heat up too high. One major issue for people who are older or have mobility issues is that there is no elevator due to the hotel being in a historic building. Our suite was on the third floor which meant we had to carry our large, heavy suitcases up a winding narrow staircase. Also, since we visited in the winter, the steps and sidewalk leading to the hotel were perpetually covered in snow and ice. No sand or grit seemed to have ever been applied to the steps throughout our stay and consequently they were very slippery. This seems like a basic safety measure that the hotel should take to prevent guests from slipping and falling.
