Decent hotel in central location

A decent, modern city-centre hotel, but without anything particularly special or memorable. The room was good and comfortable.
The reception staff were generally helpful, except for one man who was rather sarcastic when I asked for an umbrella. On the other hand, the hotel umbrellas were actually very convenient and good quality.
There was a slight smell coming from the drainage. The street outside the hotel can also be a little inconvenient. Bolt doesn’t drop you off directly in front of the hotel, but at the church next door, and the road from there is not very luggage- or stroller-friendly.
Overall, a good and decent hotel in a central location, but nothing extraordinary.

The hotel is situated in the old town and convenient to all parts of Riga. Te rooms are very clean and well-appointed. Everything works well.
There was an issue with our room when we arrived, but the front desk personnel, including the manager on site at the time, worked to switch our room and we were extremely satisfied.

The staff was very welcoming and the hotel was clean and pretty. The room was spacious and beautiful.

Location was on spot close to all restaurants, must see, shopping and transportation. The staff were friendly, good breakfast, bar and they have a bakery/coffee shop and everything was delicious.

Exceptional place to stay in Riga

The hotel is not only located right in the historic old town, it is part of it. Nevertheless the rooms are freshly renovated, modern, spacious and very quiet. And the staff in the hotel as well as in the restaurant was always friendly and helpful.
