Excellent Stay at Connect Inn Osaka

I had a wonderful experience staying at Connect Inn Osaka. The location is excellent — tucked away on a quiet street just a few steps from Kintetsu and JR Tsuruhashi Stations, as well as the Sennichimae Subway Line, making it very easy to explore Osaka and even travel to nearby cities. Convenience stores like Family Mart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven, plus a Matsu Kiyo drugstore, are all close by, and there’s no shortage of restaurants around Tsuruhashi Station.
I stayed during the last week of the Osaka Expo 2025 and found Connect Inn through Booking.com, offering one of the most reasonable rates in Osaka at the time.
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, but they kindly allow guests to leave luggage in a secure, locked room if arriving early. Guests are also given an access code for the main entrance, which adds to the convenience and security.
The entire property is spotlessly clean and peaceful. I especially love the spacious rooms and bathrooms — a rare find in Japan! I’ve stayed in both the twin and single rooms, and both had ample space, a kitchenette, balcony, and a window (though the balcony door is locked). The beds are firm and comfortable, just the way I like them. Basic toiletries and slippers are provided in the room, while other amenities like toothbrush sets, razors, and hair ties are available at reception.
There’s a microwave oven on every floor, and a laundry room on the ground floor — very convenient for longer stays. You can also borrow a clothes-drying stand to bring to your room, which I found really thoughtful.
Above all, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
It would be even better if rooms had a full length mirror, if the balcony door could be opened, if the curtains included a light sheer layer to let natural sunlight in and if it offered breakfast.
Overall, Connect Inn Osaka offers great value, comfort, and convenience in a calm yet accessible location. I will definitely choose Connect Inn again for my future travels to Osaka and I have already recommended to my friends!

Appearance like a one-room apartment

I used it on short notice just to stay. It's located very close to Tsuruhashi Station, but I didn't know the area, so I used Google Maps to find it, and wandered around the area for a while. I think it's a very old-fashioned, complicated street. However, once you get there, you can easily access it from the station. The rooms and building are more like an apartment building than a hotel. First, when you enter the building at check-in, you need to press the intercom and have the front desk open the door for you. This was explained to me by an older man sitting on a chair in the building. If you go out somewhere after checking in and then re-enter the hotel, you will need the password displayed in front of the front desk. There are some types of rooms with a bath, but if your room does not have a bath, you will need to use the shared bath on the first floor. If someone else is using it, you will have to wait. The toilet is not a shower toilet. I didn't have time to get breakfast, so I got it from a nearby convenience store, but in the Korean town in the neighborhood, there was a food stall that was grilling something like chijimi in the morning, so I think it would be a good idea to use those.

駅もコンビニも近くにあり便利。
お部屋も広くトイレもある。
お風呂が共用なので前に使った人が汚く使用していなければラッキーだと思う。
荷物の預かりもチェックイン前にして貰えて助かった。
チェックインの際のおじ様の対応も優しくて良かった。

오사카 여행올때마다 예약하는 커넥트호텔 접근성 편의서 모두 좋고 여유롭게 보내기 좋은 호텔이라서 매번 예약하게되는거 같음

오사카 여행이나 출장때마다 갔던 여느 호텔보다 깨끗하고 위치도 좋고 서비스도 좋았으며, 호텔앞의 편의시설도 다 맘에 들었다
