Cosy
As soon as you enter there is a common area intended for breakfast (service that I did not use), there is then a corridor with the three rooms.
On the day of arrival, three codes are provided to open the front door of the building, the one on the landing and the one of the room.
The room is quite spacious, recently renovated and also equipped with air conditioning.
Nice spacious also the bathroom, especially the shower.
Some small flaws on the cleanliness but overall everything is tidy and cozy.
Despite the proximity to the station you can not hear the trains, it is not very soundproof the door of the room, but having only three rooms is all very quiet.

Beautiful BeB
Communication was immediately very friendly and fast even for simple information that I had asked. On the day of check in we received all the information and codes for entry.
It is located on the eighth floor with elevator in the station area... very easy to find parking.
The area is perfect for walking to all the city's attractions.
The room like the whole structure very clean and beautifully decorated we were very pleased.
Bathroom with shower very large and with automatic light, tv with integrated prime and views of the beautiful city of Modena!
We slept well and you do not hear noise from outside despite the proximity to the station.
We did not use the breakfast for that I can not give judgment but otherwise perfect!
If we return to Modena we will definitely return to them!

EXCEPTIONNEL
Ne vous fiez surtout pas à l'environnement extérieur car il n'y a aucune insécurité. Offre de restauration quasi sur place.
Le +, la proximité de la gare (liaison Bologne/ Mantoue / Parme / Ferrare) et du centre ville. Ne faites surtout pas ces destinations en voiture (circulation, ZTL, parking)
Spéciale dédicace à nos hôtes (manuel et nadia), tout à la fois adorables, plein de bons conseils, présents et tout en discrétion.
On sent qu'ils ont mis beaucoup d'eux mêmes dans l'agencement et la décoration de cette "bonbonnière".
Un véritable coup de coeur pour nous.
Ne vous fatiguez pas à chercher un hôtel, it's the place to be.
