Wonderful

I’ve been here for one night and I have to say that the hotel is just in front of the central station , the airport shuttle are also in front of the hotel , the room was spacious, clean , the WiFi work good , the breakfast it’s ok , and it’s a family run hotel , the lady in the reception was very kind and helpful I was leaving at 5.30 and she opened the bar early so I can have my breakfast before leaving that was very nice from here , I’ll be back for sure next time I visit Milan .

Very bad

The management behavior was unacceptable and racist.
On checkout day, I was only 10 minutes late (10:40 AM instead of 10:30 AM). The hotel manager entered my room without permission, grabbed my bags, and threw them outside. He said to me: "Go back to your country" and "I don't care about Dubai, your stupid country." When I asked him to respect himself, he replied: "You don't respect my time."
I stayed for 7 nights and was a respectful guest. This treatment was humiliating. I do not recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Very rude

i would not recommemd this hotel for koreans and many of asians. explanations for just simple rules (e.g. cleaning, check-out) were SUPER RUDE though i wasn't the one who started the conversations first or complaining to the female staff. also, i saw another asian girl's check-in during waiting for my key and her attitude was similar (very different from other good reviews). that wasn't common unkindness in Italia, though i had already stayed in this country for about 1 month before this hotel)
한국분들께는 비추할게용 후기보니 친절하다 반응 많던데 체크인은 괜찮았지만 그 후 다음날이나 다다음날에 별거 아닌 청소나 체크아웃 관련 설명 할때의 무례함이 보통이 아니었어요 심지어 제가 먼저 질문하거나 불만을 제기하는 상황도 아니었구요 (한 달간 이탈리아 있었지만 흔히 볼수 있는 그런 불친절함이 아니었습니다..)

Excellent value

Hotel is right in front of the station with eateries nearby, easy to find. Room was clean and spacious and wifi worked great. Breakfast may be small for some but anything with brewed cappuccino is perfect for me. Beware of curfew time around 1am.

Good cheap hotel.

The hotel is situated really well. It is right in front of the central railwaystation. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The owners are really friendly.For 45€ a clean room and small breakfast inthe center of Milan is perfect. The only bad thing is that they close from 1.30 till 5.00 am.
