Too bad there is 0

Bad experience. Very old and completely neglected hotel: dirty everywhere, with a feeling of abandon evident right from the entrance. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition, full of mold and with a nauseating smell.
The sheets were pierced and gave a sense of poor general hygiene. Throughout the structure there was a strong smell of smoke mixed with wet, really difficult to bear.
A decidedly negative stay, far from any minimum standard of hospitality. Absolutely not recommended.

Bad accommodation

We have booked an entire structure...
This structure has only one positive aspect that is definitely where it is positioned.
The negative things are many:
-Dirty rooms, with stained sheets, used toilet paper, stained towels, broken toilet tablet, dispenser with soap full of mold inside, rooms with lots of moisture and presence of mold and dust, even the curtains were stained with mold, dusty corners, smelly cupboards.
-The cleanliness that should be a fundamental thing in the presentation of a B & B that apparently here is bad, as there may be people with allergies to dust (as happened to us).
-Reception: so and so as some people did not even give tickets for breakfast which was included in the price! In addition to the fact that we had to make a 10-minute walk to reach the bar!
-From the photos the rooms look very cozy, but in reality they are structured differently

Terrible.

Unserious and unreliable structure. They cancelled a reservation the day before New Year's Eve without giving me an explanation. I contacted the property, when I tried to contact them they closed the phone in my face. Doing this job is not for everyone. Go on to something else. Goodbye.

Very rude, to avoid

We made a reservation for a group on the Booking platform.
2 days before arrival we were canceled the reservation with the excuse that the card put as guarantee did not work. We put a second one in and they said it didn't work either. I state that we have been using these two cards for many years and we have made hundreds of reservations without problems so the situation was really inexplicable.
As soon as I received notice of the cancellation I phoned immediately to solve the problem and to possibly make an instant transfer of the balance of the rooms and was told that they had already resold all the rooms.
To my complaints about the damage of having a group suddenly without rooms I was answered very rudely that for them one “booking was worth the other” (literally words) and that they did not care ... hallucinating!

AWFUL

Bad experience! Bad staff! Bad professionalism!
They made me stay without rooms canceling my reservation 2 days before departure, even though they blocked the full amount on my credit card.
This is crazy!!!! Some facilities should close!
