NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE – HIGHLY DISCOURAGED!
Upon our arrival, during check-in, we found the room partially flooded due to a leak from the shower. The air conditioner was also leaking water, and the evident presence of mold clearly indicated that the problem had been known for a long time and was certainly not occasional.
When we reported the situation to the manager, instead of receiving assistance and understanding, we were treated with arrogance and rudeness. We were accused of being contentious and, even more absurdly, we were told that we should consider ourselves lucky because "when it rains, the room completely floods." A response that is simply unacceptable.
The kitchen also turned out to be a great disappointment. The advertisement did not clearly specify that it was shared with six other rooms. Moreover, it was practically unusable: the sink was missing, the microwave and kettle were practically unusable, and the space was so limited that it barely allowed for two people to use it simultaneously.
The overall cleanliness of the facility was very poor. Faced with a room that was clearly uninhabitable, we requested the cancellation of the reservation, but we were still charged a penalty. According to the host, the problem was "resolved" simply because the cleaning lady had dried the floor. Unfortunately, the leak continued, and the flooding would inevitably reoccur.
Another misleading aspect concerns the parking: the facility advertises a private parking lot that actually does not exist. Only paid public parking is available in front of the B&B.
Dirty facility, obvious maintenance issues, misleading information in the advertisement, and extremely rude management. We felt completely taken advantage of.

I had a very disappointing experience with this booking.
The location was advertised as being around 1 kilometer away from the airport, in reality it is about 6km away. This difference is very misleading. In addition, taxi pick-up from the airport costs around €50, which makes transportation extremely expensive and ultimately made my stay impossible.
I contacted the host to request a cancellation. She told me all good. I asked for the cancellation and now she doesnt pick up out answer anywhere.
I have tried calling, sending WhatsApp messages, regular messages, and emails, but I have received no response for four days.
Overall, the communication has been very poor and the information provided was inaccurate. I expected much better transparency and support.

Do not book for the shuttle
We booked with them for the shuttle included, waited 35min and did not show up. On WhatsApp he told us that he was not available. Otherwise everything else is ok. September 1. 25

Very good
We stayed overnight. The well-kept and clean room lacks nothing.a stone's throw from the airport and in the area there are plenty of restaurants, great stay

Dirty structure Bad experience
Poor cleaning reported to host, Dust-soaked shutters
Plastic plant in the bathroom the same full of dust not clean for months,
Walls to whiten mattress and pillows to replace
This is the first time I haven't found a bottle of water and a glass in my room.
I omit on lack of fridge
Location is good but rundown and dirty structure
Definitely not worth the low cost either
