Place is within walking distance of main shopping street, old town and train station.
Rug in apartment could use a deep cleaning.
Overall, great place for the price.

Our stay was from 29th June - 6th July
Accommodation was listed as "Suite&Chic", with a balcony & city view. It was room only.
Very large bedroom with a Queen sized bed, in a large room. Separate bathroom , walk-in shower, sink, bidet & comfort height toilet
We don't agree with the use of the word "Chic" as it wasn't.
*Paint was peeling off the skirting board in a number of places.
* No wardrobes, just a U shaped pole screwed to a chipboard cupboard. Clothing was therefore if full view on the bedroom
* Air conditioning unit was was in the bedroom, With a drainage hose into a large plastic container, which we had to empty twice during our stay to prevent it over flowing. Stains of wooden flooring & skirting indicated that this had happened in the past
* Walk-in Shower drained very slowly, leading to leaks onto wooden floor. Again evidence of historical leaks on flooring etc
* Small fridge, ice box hadn't been defrosted. It also leaked on occasion. It was in main bedroom, on top a chipboard cupboard, with signs of historical leaks
* Most storage units were chipboard, Largest on near bed has a shelf with a broken support
* Balcony / City View; Highlighting this as a headline, INFERRED that we could have breakfast outside / drinks in evening, using the 2 chairs & a table. The problem was there weren't any glasses, cutlery or plates.
* Both balcony doors were insecure.
* No Reception on our block. We had to ring Confort Hotels
* No Maid service durning our stay.

Check-in was very complicated, we couldnt enter the room since we got wrong data for entrance. There is no possibility to store luggage in the apartment, this needs to be brought to the office which is only open untill 1 pm. The room was dirty, we did not feel comfortable at all. During the night is was very loud.

We do not understand this kind of sheet place is being a part of hotel from Hotels.com It is crazy place

The place was good, in a central and good location, and comfortable with a mini fridge which was handy for storing baby milk and snacks. Check in was challenging and at one point we lost access to the room - took 10min to get hold of the company over the phone. Once in contact they manage to get us in ok.
