They thought we should have read the bad Review on the internet better. avoid this place.
The smell? A musty mix of trapped moisture, yellowed carpet and “hidden flaws”.
Not all hidden the sink leaked and the water remained in the sink and shower for a long time.
The bed? It's like sinking into a wrung bath sponge.
The furniture was a kind of emotional collapse in brown tones. You could see it like this: Iris from B&B Vol Liefde with a glue gun and a mission: thrift meets trauma.
Outside? A busy road with the beach behind it. Sounds nice, but don’t forget the carnival: screaming people, raging scooters, roaring music well into the night. No earplug to help with that.
Breakfast? Cakes and fruits (which are), served on plastic plates as if we were at a children's party. Only without a party, and with a slight sense of giving up. Juices from cartons.
But the pinnacle? Despite all the misery we still had to pay half of the 4 night they thought we should have read the bad Review on the internet better. While on both Booking and their own site expectations are completely misoutlined.
It says the carnival stops early.
We don't just feel cheated, we feel played. Inappropriate and unprofessional.
In short: avoid this place unless you crave overheating, noise, sponge beds, plastic crockery and a passive-aggressive aftermath via WhatsApp.

Great stay in Agrigento
Our room was very spacious (we took the Deluxe but I saw that the other rooms are also large) and with a nice view of the marina and the sea. Perfect cleanliness, new rooms and an amazing breakfast. Convenient street parking right in front of the property and free in October, The kindness of the host, completed a perfect stay. I will recommend it to anyone who asks me where to stay in Agrigento and hope to return.
