Pleasant stay

Great stop to visit the Golden Circle, well heated bungalow, there is the necessary for cooking, friendly staff, parking available, located in a beautiful town, with all the necessary facilities

Nugget

We rented a 2 bedroom cabin with Jaccuzzi and everything was perfect! Quiet among the trees, while being close to the shops of Selfoss. Ideally located to visit the South and the Golden Circle.
Incredibly kind staff!

Good place to stay in Selfoss

We stayed here one night near the end of our 2 weeks Ring Rd trip. The cabin was well kept, clean and functional. The owner let us use the washer and dryer. That was very nice. The cabin also has a small kitchenette. We would stay here again if we came back to visit Iceland.

Rustic lodging in campground

This guesthouse is rustic cabins in a campground. The owners are pleasant and accommodating. The cabins have a small kitchen area with cooktop and mini fridge plus table and chairs. The bathroom is an adequate size with a shower. The cabin is very warm and has a little porch. There is also a hot tub on premises. The thing we didn’t like here is that the double bed was in an alcove and you had to climb over your partner to get in and out of bed and go to the bathroom. We didn’t get a restful night’s sleep because we do need to go to the bathroom during the night so we were exhausted. The location is in a quiet side street not far from the city center and they offer a breakfast buffet. We didn't know it was a campground when we booked it or else we would have stayed elsewhere.

Strategic location for visiting the Golden Circle and southern Iceland

The property consists of several bungalows with private bathroom and kitchen.
But these bungalows are really very small, if you also have suitcases / backpacks it is really difficult to get around the accommodation.
We only stayed there one night and all in all we got away with it anyway.
Very nice area with two hot water pools: a way to relax after the day.
Nearby is also the supermarket and the petrol station. In addition, the town is a great starting point for both visiting the Golden Circle and taking the Ring Road to the south.
