Wonderful view, great location, best breakfast!

Such a lovely room, cosy, well-stocked, with a strong shower. Breakfast spread was phenomenal, catered to all preferences. Had a lovely veggie breakfast one of the mornings and a full Irish the next. The back patio is nice and sunny, with a sea view of Bantry Bay. Deirdre is a great hostess!

Friendly welcome! Homely and cozy. Excellent breakfast

Friendly welcome, beautiful grounds with amazing views. Deirdre was very friendly, room was spotless clean, cozy and homely. Breakfast next morning was a very extensive buffet, meats cheeses ,pastries, cereal fresh fruits. Hot selection was freshly cooked and clonakilty pudding as always is amazing. Views from the breakfast room are gorgeous. Highly recommend stopping if you are passing. We had supper at the Ouvane Falls hotel across the road,and a great pint of Murphys!

Visit with friends.

Nice b and b in a great location. Friendly welcome from hosts and nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was amazing and we felt really spoilt. Only not 5 star because it was quite noisy at times with other guests. Also the shower in the family room was a bit tired and weak. But these are minor points... all in all great place with great views..
Bantry had little choice due to it being mostly closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so avoid then if you can.. local chip shop was very expensive at 18.50 euro for fish and chips!
Beware the local taxi driver who tried to rip us off at 50 euros for a return trip to the town which is 5km away. Make sure you agree a price you are happy with up front before travel.

Surprisingly good!!!!

Great place to stay.
Very customer-oriented hostess.
The room was quite small, but otherwise comfortable enough and equipped with all the necessities.
The garden is beautiful and with a bit of luck you have "views" of the lake.
In about 10 minutes you are in the cozy town of Bantry.
Breakfast is phenomenal.
Book a room and see for yourself.

Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in, incredible. Beautifully decorated, gorgeous grounds, very clean and welcoming.
Our first time staying at a B&B, the breakfast was delicious and filling. The host was more than hospitable - recommended the best routes and scenic destinations (even ones that aren’t well known) Family run business which brought a lovely atmosphere to our stay. Highly recommend, our only regret was not staying longer!
