Beyond good for our transit

We stayed just to wait for our night train, but this hotel satisfy us.
The staff are helpfull. They even picked us up at train station when we called for the address. The hotel was clean and cozy for our almost 3 year old daughter.
Recomended.

Very Dirty Room

I'm from Sydney Australia went to Bandung, I did booking online and when I arrived to Hyper inn hotel I found out the bathroom very dirty and full of mould, all walls with black oily spots, dirty bed sheets, the ceiling leaking water and they put bucket to collect it, all photos in there website are radically different from truth. I will never ever going back to this hotel and never recommend to anyone.

The best thing of this hotel is location.

The location is very near to the Paskal Hypersquare and Paskal Foodmarket, only few steps from the hotel. So it's very easy to find many foods and pleasure things around the hotel. But the cleanliness of room need improvement. The LCD tv on my room also need to be fixed cause I can't watch the scene clearly. The hot water didn't work good, maybe the water heater also need to be fixed. I don't think I will stay here again later if I visit Bandung.

Got bug bites

I stay for 2 nights with my wife and son. Actually the hotel location is quite nice, it is located inside a pascal 23 mall complex, they have like hundreds of resto and unique dining outlets, easy to get taxi and easy access. But too bad the room was dirty, and the bed was invested with bugs that bite.

Highly Not Recommend.

Stay here for 2 nights with a group of 27 person.
This is not a family hotel for sure, it is more suitable for a place to take a short time things if you guys know what i mean.
Room lighting was not bright enough to accomodate your reading needs, lots of stain on the bed sheet, bed cover and pillow case, and hair all over the floor and bathroom.
Tv channel was so so in terms of signal quality and channel variety.
They provide free wifi but it seems didnt working at all at that time.
One of my guest room is flood by water because of the broken tap inside the bathroom, and the hotel staff was not responsive at all regarding this issue also with no solution.
Breakfast was not bad in terms of taste and variety, they only serve indonesian food.
