SUBLIME
Our experience at Cross Bali Breakers was sublime, the staff go above and beyond expectations to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The architecture is a tasteful blend of modernism with a Balinese aesthetic. The grounds, pools and rooms are immaculately clean. Our room was serviced morning and night with many surprises to bring a smile to your face as you entered, whether it be a towel sculpture and greeting on the bed or a delicious snack, courtesty of Balik and Adit. It was my birthday during our stay and I was greeted in the morning with a delicious birthday cake and later in the day with an amazing towel display on the bed. Many thanks to Edi and Ayu for this special birthday creation. All the staff were so pleasant and accomodating; Tuyen and Juli's greetings alway brightened the day while Oka and all the reception staff were very hospitable. Breakfast provided an extensive menu and we also enjoyed some of the lunch and dinner options. Highly recommend Cross Bali Breakers for a relaxing holiday.

Excellent Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Cross Bali Breakers. Everything was excellent! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place had a lovely relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and felt very well looked after.
It’s a beautiful place to stay in Bali, and we would definitely recommend Cross Bali Breakers to others. We would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Zero stars, STAY AWAY!
I booked a stay at Cross Bali Breakers based on their marketing as a 'serene and soulful' retreat. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete case of false representation.
The property lacks the aesthetic quality and maintenance suggested by its online presence, but the primary issue was a total failure to disclose major local events. During my final night, a festival at the neighboring GWK park produced deafening bass that vibrated the villa walls from sunset until 9:00 AM the following morning. The room was physically uninhabitable for sleep. Despite having written confirmation via text from the front desk admitting the noise would not cease until 9:00 AM, management refused to provide a refund, offering only a late checkout which does not compensate for the loss of a night's rest.
To top off the miserable experience, the food was poor. I ordered a seafood rice dish that was clearly not fresh, where it appeared they attempted to mask the spoiled shrimp with a heavy, spicy sauce. The breakfast was equally mediocre and did not meet the standards of a high-end resort.
Ultimately, this property fails to deliver on its core brand promises. It is a significant lapse in professional hospitality to withhold information regarding known sunrise noise disturbances while charging a premium for a 'quiet' environment. I cannot recommend this resort to anyone seeking the peaceful, quality experience they advertise.

Exceptional Stay – Excellent Hotel, Service & Value
Amazing experience at Cross Bali Breakers! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were excellent—spacious, modern, and spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food and facilities were fantastic.
I especially loved how quiet and peaceful the hotel was—there was absolutely no noise disturbance, making it perfect for relaxing and getting a great night's sleep.
The location is excellent, and the overall value for money is outstanding. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.
Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Resort packed with reasons to relax
An excellent resort packed with wonderful facilties and world class service. The villas and food were a stand out. It became clear quickly, the quality of food was among the best in the region, and there were plenty of cuisine options at the restaurant including speciality pool-side buffet nights too. Along with the onsite spa, gym group classes by an excellent trainer called Bayu, and general staff attentiveness, this was truly a great resort stay.
