A Memorable Office Retreat!

We had a fantastic 3D/2N office trip at Aqua Forest Resort, Rishikesh! The tents and rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Negi for his warm hospitality.
The food was delicious, though a little more variety in the menu would be great. The pool is small, but the highlight was the beautiful freshwater river just below the resort—absolutely refreshing and serene!
Reaching the resort is a bit tricky, especially during rains, but the overall experience made it totally worth it. Big thumbs up from all 18 of us! ✨

Fraudulent Aquaforest Resort

Aqua Forest Resort Rishikesh appears to be a highly suspicious and potentially fraudulent operation. I booked a family room for two days through Goibibo in May end 2026 and traveled to the location provided in the booking confirmation. Upon arrival, I was unable to find any property operating under this name. I checked with nearby resorts, local residents and even government personnel in the area but nobody was aware of any such resort.
What makes the situation even more concerning is that all calls to the property went unanswered or were repeatedly disconnected between noon and 7 PM, while the payment was processed immediately. When I finally managed to speak with a person claiming to be the manager later in the evening at 8, he insisted that I arrive immediately because the payment had already been credited to their account. He was unwilling to provide a satisfactory explanation regarding the property's location and appeared reluctant to process a refund or cancel the booking. At the same time asking me to checking by 9-10 in the night when its raining heavily alongwith govt sending alerts of heavily rainfall in the region.
Over the following days, I spent countless hours speaking with both Goibibo and the resort's representative, yet no clear resolution was provided. Based on my experience, this operation raises serious concerns about transparency, customer service and the authenticity of the accommodation being advertised. Travelers should exercise extreme caution before making any booking with Aqua Forest Resort, Rishikesh as it is a fraudulent property and only worried about the payment. Also traveller going with family should be extra precautious because of such fraud resort.
My experience resulted in wasted time, unnecessary stress, financial inconvenience and a completely ruined travel plan. I strongly advise potential guests to avoid #AquaForestResort and #Goibibo for any such kind of bookings as it will lead to financial fraud and zero website support.

Compared to other resorts, this resort is very good and has luxurious facilities, the location is also very good, feeling of heaven, Go with family and friends and experience heaven because of its wonderful location which is better than seen anywhere else in Rishikesh.

Excellent service and staff

Amazing hopitality and food. Calm and silent place to take complete rest. Best part is that river bank is just a step away from the property
