The room was spacious and at a reasonable price, there were some issues though like the telecom was not working, and the Kettle was dirty and not working, but this thing didn't bother me much. It was a good stay.

Worst experience and incompetent staff

The staff at this hotel were extremely rude and incompetent. During our stay, there was no hot water available, despite it being peak winter season. The management failed to make proper arrangements, and the kettle they provided was in poor condition.
Upon checking out, we were asked to pay for breakfast, which was initially promised to be complimentary. A drunken individual was sleeping in the hallway, causing a disturbance outside our room.
Each time we complained to the receptionist, they responded with indifference, stating 'there's nothing we can do; this is how things work here.' This demonstrated their ignorance and unprofessionalism.
Additionally, they failed to provide us with breakfast despite our order. When we informed them that we had to leave for the temple visit (mandir darshan), their response was 'okay, then you'll have to arrange breakfast yourself; we can't do anything about it.'
To anyone considering booking this hotel, I strongly advise against it. Due to their incompetence and rude behavior, we checked out a day early. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Ashray hotel booking for 3 nights

Booked two rooms for three night with breakfast.All three dayes hotel served the same breakfast Paratha and sandwich .No other option.checkin late night .No body at reception.staff sleeping on floor in front of reception desk.Lift buttons are very hard. Difficult to operate.Food is not good . Room are not cleaned. Wadrobe is broken, doesn't have doors. Bathroom walls and floor has stains, flush is not workinv properly.
