Nice place to stay

This hotel is located very near to both bus stand and the railway station. Hence it is not difficult to find this hotel. The hotel staff behaved very friendly and were helpful in nature. The rooms are also good.

As stated above

Shud be considered as last option, property rent is on higher side , but poor hygiene, cockroach and bed bugs infested. No care attitude on reporting to concerned person.
Expect a shower from the ac duct while entering the washrooms. Ac is fixed right above the entrance to washroom, Not regularly dusted, attenders seem to be drunk and lazy
But highly prompt on demanding tips

Not good

What worked- Location is good as it is close to the bus stand as well as railway station. Air conditioning was ok and the restaurant next door was good.
What was bad- Rooms are not worth the tariff. It was not tidy. There were cockroaches and other insects. Light marks on the bed sheet. One of the taps was not working at all in the bathroom. bathroom was not very clean.

Budget stay

We stayed in Ramsun residency in month of October, it is budget hotel & okay for family stay, close to Tirupati railway station. I normally look for hygiene toilet, this has better compared to other hotel In same budget & in same location.
