Safe, Secure, Convenient location

During my official visit to NIT Silchar, I stayed at Sagarika Regency and found it to be a highly satisfactory experience. Located conveniently within the city, the hotel offers easy access to autos and other local transport options, which made commuting smooth and stress-free.
What stood out to me was the spaciousness of the rooms—well-lit, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax after long academic discussions. The hotel staff were polite and attentive, and all the essential services were available without any hassle.
The food exceeded my expectations in both quality and variety. Each meal was fresh, well-prepared, and served promptly, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.
Though I was on an official academic visit, the warmth and reliability of the services made my stay feel personal and secure. Especially for families or professionals visiting Silchar for work or academic reasons, I would confidently recommend Sagarika Regency. It balances comfort, safety, and good service, making it a dependable choice for a calm stay in the heart of the town.

Never come here

I am staying in this hotel for the last 4 days. When I checked in the lift was not working and they people at the property told me that it will be fixed in a day. Today is my 4th day in this unfortunate hotel and still the lift is not fixed.
Lack of professionalism by staff. The lady at the reception has no knowledge about how a hotel staff should behave. I requested her for a pen and 10 A4 size papers to note down some stuff. She rudely replied that she can provide only 2 A4 size papers.
The AC in the room is never working. I requested the house keeping staff to fix my AC at 9.30AM in the morning when I was told there is a problem with the MCB and it will take 15 mins to fix, it was 3.30pm when the AC got fixed. In between I made atleast 15-20 calls to raise the complaint but to no avail.
I must say one of the most 3rd class hotels I have even checked in.

Hotel is Good, But the Service not so good

Presently staying in the Hotel. Acutally they are not bother for guest requirment. If you tell for something today then it assured that you will get it Tomorrow. In breakfast room staffs are very Unhygienic, the person who clean the Table, he is serving Bread toasts by using his both hand, so embarrassing. If you asked for something the staff, they clearly telling you have to take whatever available in table. They are unable to provide any thing fresh..

Bad hotel in service facilities.

The overall service part is terrible.At night intensionally all room ac are not operated.Quality and quantity part of food horrible.Quality os service is poor.Nobody given the phone no of the owner totalk about the service.To whom you will complain you do not know.Quality of receptionist is sub standard.Taken 45min to generate a simple invoice.Also very causal in approach.

One of the best hotels of Silchar

It’s a brand new and swanky place in Silchar. Well maintained and new interiors make the place look modern. Restaurant is really good and loved their fish n chips, mutton Rogan josh. Maintain the same standards always. It’s probably the second best hotel in Sikchar after Cachar Club, Silchar.
