Disappointed with Kakkson Inn

We planned for a trip to Puri, and after much research, we finalized on staying at "Kakkson Inn" behind lighthouse. The initial talks, while booking the room, with Mr. Kakkar was good, but from the 2nd day of our arrival, we started getting disappointed. We ordered breakfast, which was delivered after 1 n half hour from the time we ordered. We gave them the benefit of doubt as the day just began. Later at around 4:20/25 we ordered 2 coffee and French fries, which took one n half hours to reach our room. On asking the reception, time and again, they kept telling me it would reach in 5-10 minutes. When we contacted the owner, we were shocked to hear his version. He was rude and said Kakkson Inn doesn't have a restaurant, and the food comes from Kakkson Villa. We said that we understand the situation, in that case the staff should convey us the correct message. On saying this, he said "then in that case don't order further from the hotel." This was totally unprofessional snd uncalled for. On the 3rd day, we asked them to change the bedsheets. The staff started getting dirty bedsheets, and finally, when he got one, it was a wet one. On asking him, he denied it being wet.
Overall experience was very disappointing, totally unprofessional. Atleast the owner should have been responsible and not defensive.

Hotel Near The Light House

This hotel is at the end of new marine drive near the light house. It is not exactly on the beach but at a distance of 300m from the beach inside the inner lanes. The manager and other staff is very helpful but if we talk about amenities then it has problems.
Firstly it does not have an inhouse restaurant and they take you to a nearby sister hotel for breakfast purposes. Secondly the rooms are very small suitable only for couples not families. Thirdly, faced some issues with bathroom fittings in one of my rooms booked here.
Overall a fine hotel
