Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Convenient location, good atmosphere and rooms. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. However, food could have been a bit better. Qualifificatins of the catering staff might need review.

Excellent Hotel in poor locality

The hotel is well maintained and probably the best in that area. The staff is extremely hospitable and warm. The food quality and assortment in the restaurant is also very good. Although it is next to the main busy road, noise cancellation is well taken care of. During the rains, the entire area gets flooded with gutter water unfortunately and the government must look into this seriously. The entire area needs serious cleanliness measures by the government as it is surrounded by colleges and offices but has too much filth and garbage in the road and road side.

Much better hotels in India

Breakfast is late (normal in India?) from 7pm) but there are breads, boiled eggs, fruit and yogurt. We had a variety of dinner options, and it was nice to have pasta (only Penne) and pizza for those who got bored with only curry. They took care of me as soon as the toilet was clogged and allowed me to use the shower in another room. In some cases, the refrigerator didn't cool down at all. Amenities are available. There was also a gym and I was generally happy.
