Overall good except for the lift which they had issues which affected having knee issue. Helpful staffs.

Location is in crowded place and place needs minor improvements.

The Location is not suited for family stays. The hotel is located in a narrow lane near scrap dealers shops. The rooms need new furniture and a in-house geyser so that it does not need 15 mins to get hot water in winter.

Hi friends, never stay in this hotel, no clean, no hot water, rooms not good , I don’t recommend this hotel

While booking said AC room and breakfast is included, after reaching there no AC room. Lady sitting in reception is very rude and , I asked her to update AC for extra money,she denide. Zero rating

The good: it's a good location for getting places. The room is quiet and on the rooftop so you can sit outside. The service from the porters is good and very friendly.
The (long list) of bad:
1) We booked an air conditioned room. We were told on check in we didn't. Then when we said we did, we were told there are no AC rooms available. This made for a hot & muggy room for the kids.
2) No safe in the room (despite it being listed in the room features). This meant carrying my laptop, cameras, passports etc everytime we left the room.
3) While the room was clean, everything was old, tattered or stained. This is a 2 star room at most.
4) Breakfast was listed as an option at the hotel next door (and menu was in the room). However in the days we stayed the restaurant did not do breakfast. No good breakfast options nearby either.
No tea or coffee in the room but strangely a kettle was in there. It didn't work, but they gave us another one.
Fundamentally the room was not what we booked and paid for, and when Hotels.com contacted the hotel they declined to take any responsibility.
I would recommend you stay elsewhere in Mysuru - there are plenty of better value options.
