HOTEL C7 MUNNAR VERY GOOD AND SCENIC PLACE TO STAY

Thank you C7 Hotel for making our Group trip comfortable and enjoyable with 5 days at your Hotel from 13 to 17 May 25 ..
Tea Garden Facing Galaxy Rooms were good with lovely tea garden view. Rooms are well equipped with all daily essentials .The staff is efficient and they did their best to make us comfortable including the Restaurant and House keeping Staff. The location of the Hotel on Tea Museum Road is very nice and scenic . Breakfast was well laid out with a tasty menu.
Word of appreciation for the Reception staff . Mr Ankur at the Reception is efficient and ensured our comfort . Ms Reshmi who manages reservations is very pleasant .Word of praise for Mr Sudhir Menon the GM who could be observed managing the Hotel operations well with a friendly nature.
Well done C7 Hotel. Please keep the great work going. This is my fourth or fifth time stay at this hotel over the years ..We look forward to staying again at this Hotel.

The WiFi didn’t work for our whole stay. There was no running hot water available in the shower during the day. It was only after taking a shower later in the day and having cold running water did I find out of the limited availability. We were not informed that running hot water for shower is available only from 6-10am. A hotel of this standard should do better! Also, there is no AC/heating as mentioned in Expedia description - the hotel lobby/restaurant and rooms were very cold during our visit. The restaurant only had limited ala crate items available even though the menu was extensive. Buffet breakfast was decent. Room location and view was good.

among the plantations of you

I chose this hotel because among the few to be a little 'further from the "town" and surrounded by greenery. to choose the room overlooking the hills. the terrace overlooks beautiful crops of you. the hotel should be a little 'renovated... especially the bathroom where, however, lacked hot water for the shower. we also had dinner... average...

Great hotel with great service and Munnar views

I spent three days in C7 Munnar. My room was hill facing , it has a stunning view. The rooms were very clean, food was good and staff were really accommodating and helpful. Mr Das, manager , is a great person. We loved the view of the hills, which start just from the hotel's back side , as the rooms have huge glass windows.
