Good hotel

One of the best hotels around and very convenient to go to near by visiting plaxces and hotel staff is so assistive and very admirable saftey measures in this pandemic situations too. overall good hotel to stay as best possible budget

It Was A Real Privilege

We booked this hotel at Malad West while returning from our Road Trip from Kerala to Delhi. It was bang on the main road with private car parking. The well trained staff assisted us in parking the car and also arranged for car cleaning the next day. The room was very clean and the bathroom spic and span with all basic amenities. Staff was very courteous and ensured we have a comfortable stay. Infinity Mall is just a stones throw away. For coffee lovers, CCD is within the premises and a pastry show just adjacent to the hotel. They have a buffet breakfast which was basic but well laid.

Extremely courteous staff

I was very happy with my well designed and spacious room, even the art was pleasant. There was a great shower and good wifi. The breakfast buffet was inviting and delicious, the restaurant is excellent. The location is fabulous with 2 malls and lots of other good restaurants and many nice shops as well as a wonderful beauty salon ( Care for Her) right across the street.
I really dislike taking lifts and always request a lower floor and walk up. The staff was so alarmed at this, that I was regularly accompanied to my room! The place was quiet clean and secure. The AC never got as cold as I would have liked but I was still comfortable. I was also able to get a decent working iron. I would stay again.

Terrible rooms

Most terrible rooms i have very stayed @ 3000/- per night. AC don't work.Beds are broken and supported by wooden board ( pics attached). The bed mattress in this room was too lumpy and broken. Bed sheets were not all fresh ( pics attached).

Convenient stay in Malad (w)

I booked this hotel for my business associate for three days between 12th to 15th Oct,2018.
We took an EXECUTIVE PLUS ROOM.My hesitation vanished on seeing the room.It was large,comfy neat and tidy with twin large beds.The washroom was clean with adequate toiletries.
The AC was good but some noise filtered from the busy street downstairs.The breakfast was great and complimentary with the room.There is a Cafe Coffee Day downstairs which was very useful for informal talks.The restaurant has a bar.
Airport drop was provided for an additional charge of Rs 740/_.The driver Ram was courteous.
The staff was polite and we have no reasons to complain at ALL.
