Literally Sampuran Yatra
Honestly speaking,I have booked the package with Ms Urmila a vet lovely lady..she offered me package as per my need and explained to me each and every question ,I just loved her services and the way she professionally deals.Thank you Urmila. to begin with. The driver ,he was very polite and kind,he took us to every excursion which is included in the package and guide about few too. Hotel was basic, rooms are well very spacious with great view but as I said basic that’s literally basic. The hotel staff was kind, reception are very courteous and approachable and answer all queries with a smile on their face. The food is amazing and a must try at this place. I felt that they should have options for non-veg . The service is also excellent. Feels good when there is a personal touch to it.
I just loved everything and my family enjoyed too so I would love to say thanks to miss Urmila and Mr sunny our driver ..we will see you again

Manali 3 nights
We had booked a package for our trip to manali...(excluding hotel booking) from sampoorna Yatra (for 3 nights 4 days in the month of April 2019.
ISSUE 1-
Further to our communication with them over mail in month of April 2019, they highlighted that we should make 50% payment before journey and can make balance payment during our journey. However 2 days before the journey started they have asked us to pay entire amount before check in to hotel (which was booked by us).
ISSUE 2-
as a prudent customer we requested for receipt of our payments made to them . We have not got any receipt or invoice for the balance payment till date.
ISSUE 3-
as the responsibility to book tickets for travel was obviously their obligation, we had to remind (actually beg) them to book tickets and share the journey timing with us (to enable us to book flight tickets accordingly)
ISSUE 3-
Due to their extremely poor customer service and irresponsible staff, they could not book tickets on time and finally allotted the last seats in the bus (which ruined our health and the entire trip of 4 days). Even after making complete payment and sharing proof with them, they even completely forgot about booking return tickets and ended up getting the last bus available with seats at extreme back which further ruined our health.
ISSUE 4-
When we kept calling them for sharing return tickets, their representative (who calls himself manager) has given LIFE THREATENING WARNING and told that "you are still in Manali ..I will come and kill you now itself" in Hindi. This is extremely shocking where any tourist can be mentally emotionally and physically be effected. To calm down the situation my wife tried to speak to him. He continued to be harsh and
Misbehaved. This action is highly unwarranted and is completely against the law of our country and security of tourists. This issue has to be considered and resolved to improve the tourist security in India.

Not as expected
Hotel ambiance is not so good. Room is some what fine. Hotel staff are good. Food is good but they server same variety every so you will get board next second day itself. There better hotels nearby. Its 1.5 km from manali market

Perfect holiday
I, along with bunch of friends visited Manali for a much awaited break. It was nice experience to us since the arrival to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and flexible. Food is awesome and rooms are perfect for the budget. All the best...

I was stay in 13 June 17 to 17 June 2 super deluxe room . Burst hotel in Manali . I told changed the towel they will provide same all 4 days no food quality bed behaviour staff . They don't know what is hospitality.why should rate TripAdvisor @ this hotel really surprised ?
