Excellent Location on Main Road. Large Rooms, Nice Hospitality, Impressive Housekeeping. No In-House Parking. Pure Vegetarian Restaurant.

Good hotel, nice location, pleasant stay

I am a regular visitor to Kota due to my company work . Usually I stay at my company guest house however as it was under renovation this time decided to stay at Hotel Ortus.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Aerodrome circle and is in the center of city. One can easily book Rapido and uber cabs from here.
The reception are is nice and beautifully maintained. The hotel check in was smooth and easy. However, they didn’t inform me about the breakfast timings so had to miss it. The rooms are nice and spacious. They have all the basic amenities. However, the rooms needs some maintenance and upkeep.
There was an issue with the shower of the bathroom in my room which was addressed promptly and my room was changed. The room service was fast and the food was delicious.
The parking of vehicles is outside and on the service road.
Overall, a pleasant stay and might stay here again on my next visit to Kota.

fantastic stay with Ortus Hotel

The hotel was fantastic and the housekeeping service was excellent and the breakfast fast so nice and delicious thanks for your warm and fastest service amazing stayed with ortus hotel we will come back again to stay orthus hotel

Worst Experience

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The service lift was not working, causing inconvenience, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was not functioning. For a hotel stay, even if it’s just for one night, these are basic amenities that should always be in working condition. This was the worst experience I've had at a hotel, and I expected much better for the price paid.

Okayish place.. has potential to improve

Stayed here for 1 night.. The rooms and bathroom were clean.. wifi is not that good and kept disconnecting.. the parking is an open lot next to the hotel.. for hot water in the shower you need to call the reception 10 mins before hand which nobody bothered telling us during check in.. the biggest disappointment though was the food.. too spicy and the taste was not that good.. it is an okayish place if you need to crash for a night
