22nd to 24th May visit

Modest hotel, but great staff
Restaurant also modest, but good food
Importantly, the room given to us had view of the Shrine mountain - and we were overjoyed.
Hotel is also a walking distance from market, we visited market a couple of times.

DONOT BOOK THIS HOTEL: Check real photos before booking and save yourself

The photos on the web were clicked may be during inauguration of the hotel, the reality is far from those photos.
Super unhygienic place, highly casual attitude of reception staff, all staff members seems to be enjoying their time and money except service to customers.
This hotel is not maintained at all from decade.

Worst hotel in Katra

One of the worst stay of my life, this hotel don’t even deserve one star, truth is that this hotel owner and staff are planned cheaters, they trap people who come to Vaishnodevi temple by arranging cabs and other services.
Family must avoid this hotel, irctc or even any Dharamshala is better than this, smelly bed sheets, no proper hot water supply, worst third grade breakfast, only believes in cheating.

Very Good Excellent.

i have booked this hotel in January 2021, and January 2020, my stay was excellent. now they have new management New Owner Mr AMAN is a very co-operative person he personally look after all the guest,
Room is very good
Location Excellent.
staff very cooperative
North indian food very good.
Prefect Location , with specious room 24 hrs hot water , on call room service , pick up drop is very panctual.
i prefer to stay again in this hotel as i am visiting katra very year. since 2005.
