Best hospitality in whole Karwar
We had a truly wonderful stay at Sterling Karwar, and what stood out most was the warmth and personal care shown by the entire team.
A very special mention to Chef Krishma, who went far beyond what we expected for our daughter. She would prepare fresh food especially for her—parathas, puris, dosas, cut fruits and juices—and even made dosas in cute doll shapes just to make her smile. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Since our family prefers very mildly spiced food, the kitchen team carefully adjusted every preparation for us without compromising on taste.
Usha, Latika and the entire restaurant and kitchen team were excellent. They were attentive to our food preferences, remembered what worked for us, and took extra care to ensure that our daughter always had something freshly prepared and suitable for her. Their warmth made every meal feel very personal.
The housekeeping team, especially Suresh and Pratiksha, deserves equal appreciation. The rooms and property were kept absolutely immaculate. Travelling with a young child means the room can become messy several times during the day, but they happily came whenever needed—sometimes multiple times a day—and always cleaned everything beautifully with a smile.
A particularly special mention to Pratiksha. While cleaning the room, she would take time to play and interact with our daughter so affectionately that my daughter actually started waiting for Pratiksha to come every day. That little bond was one of the sweetest memories of our stay. It showed that their hospitality went much beyond simply doing their job.
Even the security guard Santosh surprised us with his level of care. We had an open-roof car, and whenever we were away, he would personally keep an eye on it, close the roof whenever required, and even help us clean the car. That kind of personal responsibility and concern is very rare to see.
A special mention also to Shubhadha at the reception, who was always very kind and responsive on all our calls. She even ensured our food was safely kept aside when the kitchen was closed, which was extremely helpful and thoughtful.
What made our stay memorable was not simply the property, but the people. From Chef Krishma, Usha and Latika in the restaurant and kitchen, to Suresh and Pratiksha in housekeeping, Santosh in security, and Shubhadha at the reception, everyone made us feel genuinely looked after.
The extra love and attention given to our daughter made the experience even more special.

Perfect Holiday Gateway in Karwar.
I stayed here with my relatives for 1 night. The restaurant's food quality, atmosphere and variety of food options for breakfast was excellent. The restaurant staff Mrs.Karisma and Ms. Latika were very helpful and polite.
