Good Experience

I must say NPG hotel has the best staff who makes sure they provide best service. Their hospitality is excellent, always there to help, everything was good. I would highly recommend if you are with your family and looking for stay near airport. This is best option.

Best Hotel

Excellent hotel and very supportive staff. Enjoyed my 3 nights stay there. Had a great time here staying. Happen to be assisted by Tahura At the reception very friendly and welcoming. Location is good in context of short distance from Airport. Overall good place

A beautiful and peaceful stay

This hotel had a comfy vibe, perfect for chilling out. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was basic but clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Location-wise, it was easy to get around and explore the city. I'd definitely stay here again.

Best stay

The service was pretty good thanks to them my whole stay was very comfortable and easy. The process is very seamless I wasn’t expecting much but the overall experience was very great best hotel to stay will defend recommend to people visiting there

Good but require improvement

Location is ok for airport passenges. It is about 13 km took 20 minutes. Check in was smooth. Room was ok, but small. Ok for overnight stay. Wash room toilet was not prperly cleaned. Exhaust fan was sounding crack when switch on or switch off. Bucket and mug requested was not provided. Restaurants food is good but service not proper. Staff need to be trained. You have to ask for spoons every time. Even pick up spoon were not available for buffet items.
Sleep disturbance at the night from room above 107.some sound like
grinding og stone.
Costwise good budget.
Management can improve cleaning and service easily with proper supervision and training.
