The Radisson blu Blu pan buffet breakfast experience!

We had a great experience at the blu pan for our buffet breakfast. We appreciate the help given by Sohan Singh. We would recommend to visit this palce

Pathetic Hospitality & Poor Response from the Team

Very disappointing experience at Radisson Blu Jammu. The front desk and duty management team, including Anushka and Pranjul, seem poorly trained in basic hospitality. I raised my concerns through email and even with the Radisson global team, but nothing was resolved.
The room was missing basic amenities such as handwash, there was no welcome drink, and my Radisson VIP tier was not recognised. Even after speaking to the Duty Manager twice, I was repeatedly told that he would get back to me, but there was no response.
Overall, a pathetic experience and response from the hotel team. Certainly not the standards one expects from Radisson Blu.
