Overall hospitality was good

Recently I had my son's betrothal function on 16th July 24,in this hotel.
Overall experience was good.
All the staffs were polite and courteous (Karthi, Suji, Mukesh, Kalish & Chinnu and all women housekeeping staffs)
Food was very good (we had bfst/ lunch &dinner) .
Food served after the function was also good.
Linen in the room was clean.
Areas of improvement:
Even though AC was working well in all rooms, the AC controls are worn out.
Bathrooms needs little extra care in terms of keeping the taps and floor cleaner.
Sufficient staffing at the reception & restaurant needs focus.
Sufficient plates were not available during our dinner arranged in the banquet hall.
Items like dosas and idlis could have served hot.
Suggestion: shortfall in service due to lesser manpower if addressed will be good.

Good service

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and found the hotel very decent. Rooms are ok, Toilets were clean. Breakfast for good but was repeated for 2 consecutive days. Staff is very helpful. The food was average and one may explore other places to have lunch/dinner.

Went to the bar for a drink.

They have a decent bar to catch up with friends and have a drink or two.Service was quick and attentive. A lot of side complimentary dishes are given along with your drink. Did not taste any food. Place is maintained well and in the heart of Erode town. Maybe next time I will come around to check the restaurant.

Decent Stay for a night

Stayed for a night in deluxe room with family on way to Chennai. The front office service was good and also the room service. I was told that King Size bed was available only in Deluxe and suite rooms and not in standard. Realized the difference with standard was in size of cot/mattress and refrigerator. Air conditioner was said to be default set for 16 degree Celsius so it can run continuously but it never cooled the room beyond 24 even when outside temperature was in the range of 27-28. The complimentary breakfast was just about average. The coffee / tea were good. There was only limited parking available in front end of the hotel, I was lucky to get one slot. The billing was accurate and the payment process was seamless. I did not use Wifi. Decent Hotel for a night's stay but I wonder how the quality of air-conditioning will be in April to August

Small hotel but very good servive

I find this hotel very good. Located in heart of the town, the hotel is good. The rooms are well furnished, AC is very effective so is the internet. Dining room is decent, could do with a little more neaness. Staff is helpful
