Most affordable and hygienic hotel

Its very good hotel to stay for family especially the most exciting thing about this hotel is its just 5 minutes walkable distance from lulu mall. Regarding the hotel, its well maintained and clean, even the staffs behavior is very good... If anyone wish to go to lulu mall or metro, edapally church etc I'll strongly suggest this hotel... U can stay with affordable rate....

Unfair charge for stained bedding that wasn’t mine. Future guests — inspect and photograph the room at check-in.

I am a frequent traveler and rarely leave negative reviews. I usually choose budget stays and understand that a certain level of compromise is expected. However, I felt compelled to share my experience here because of the way I was treated during my stay.
When I checked in, the blanket and quilt were already stained and had a few light burn marks. I chose to overlook it since the staff seemed polite, and such things are common in budget accommodations. Unfortunately, that was a mistake.
I admit that there were a tea cup stain caused by me,
At the time of checkout, the receptionist claimed that I had soiled the entire blanket and insisted that I pay for a replacement. While I would have understood a reasonable charge for dry cleaning, they demanded the full cost of the quilt. As my taxi and flight were waiting, I had no option but to pay the amount to avoid missing my connection.
It was a disappointing end to an otherwise ordinary stay. I would advise future guests to inspect the room and linens at check-in and take photos to avoid any misunderstandings later.
Not reccommended for Couples and Families at all. They converted 2 BHK apartment to individual rooms with an accessable common area. If you have a concern for privacy not recoomend this Hotel. Attaching screenshot of the payment They forced me to pay.

Regrettable experience

Charged Rs7500 extra for asking for hand towels! I was not told at time of check-in. Was forced to pay this. They said they had a shortage of towels and had to send them to the laundry because of my request. Owner said all hotels in the world charge extra for additional towels! Rate was much higher than advertised online. Staff were polite. No uniform pricing scheme. They insisted on cash payment and didn't want to take my card or digital payment because they would be charged!
