A good stay

I stayed here on july 7th 2022.I reached the hotel at 10am they provided me an early check in.My booking was through go ibibo.Friendly staff and good location.it is very near to the mg road metro station.Only one negative was that there was a slight smell of smoking may be because they also have a convention centre .Guests from these function creats the smell .overall it was a wonderful stay.

Horrible stay with this property ,

Stayed for 4 days and guess what the front office staff was unresponsive room cleaning was not done when asked for cleaning then only they came , behaving in a rude manner the two girls in the front of the house were only chatting with each other no greeting or nothing being from a manager of taj green cove it's so pathetic to see this kind of hospitality being offered to us ,my mom and dad told they r charging 43 rs for a water bottle even for tea sachet and creamer ,I don't know the night shift guy was always sleeping in the lobby calling his girlfriend or somewhat ,really pissed of because my family was their I didn't spoked or created a scene their but believe me they are crap ,made my Kerala trip the worse in this journey ,if the CEO or Gm if this hotel is looking into it then do look this issue and hope u will refund my money ,because being from hospitality industry getting a baddest experience is something which I haven't thought of didn't even changed the bed cover ,smokey smell from room even the toilet was like someone pooped and it came on top I was the one who flushed that believe me if someone wants to stay peacefully in Kochi rather book Holiday inn

Super hospitality

Stayed for 4 nights
Very precious room
Clean and hygienic room
Very good hospitality.
Room size is almost doubled comparing to other hotel.
Excellent location.
I recommend everyone to go for this hotel of you want to stay in the heart of kochi.

Excellent Location

A stay I wish I could relive. Metro station located just a few metres from the entrance. Cinema and eateries within walking distance, convenient to go watch a movie at night and feels safe to walk back to the hotel. Reasonable breakfast spread. Rooms were comfortable and bathroom well designed. Pleasant staff especially Gracious and Basin who were very attentive. Will return for sure!
