Wonderful Time

Wonderful experience overall. The staff were friendly, especially one lady called Ashrita, who stood out with her dedication and leadership qualities—I strongly feel she would make an excellent manager.

Business hotel near Egmore Station

Very Good location. Walking distance from the Egmore railway station from where most of the south bound trains originate. Yet it is not crowded and very easily approachable from other roads, especially Poonamalee High Road.
The hotel has a business vide to it. Staff are polite, but not friendly. They will help you, but only if you ask for it. They will not go out of their way to do so. All payments are to be completed in advance even before they give you the room key or show you to your room, even if it is very hot outside and there are senior people waiting. Rules are rules and business is business.
Rooms are neat, clean, and functional. They are spacious with lots of mirrors and lights, which is very good. Wi-Fi signal is not very great and fluctuates a lot. The bathroom is clean but old fashioned, and the taps and other fittings reflect that. Water flow is also erratic.
Even though we had booked multiple rooms for double occupancy with extra persons, each room had only one towel, one set of toiletries. They did provide extra immediately, but we had to ask for the same.
Room service is good and so is the food, but you have to pay immediately every time you order. They do not keep the amount pending and bill to the room. Any service we avail also has to be paid up immediately. Sort of feels that we may run away without paying, even if they have our Aadhaar and other details.
There is parking for only a few cars and all in the direct sun only. No basement parking. The only person who was overhelpful in the entire team was the guard who stood near the gate directing traffic to help us exit and enter.

Overall Very nice

Very nice & comfortable stay. Rooms are neat & clean. Best location for train travelers.

Overpriced for the Experience Offered

We stayed at this hotel in February 2026.
The good thing about this property is its location. It’s very close to the metro and Egmore railway station. Marina Beach is also not very far, and there are taxis and autos available just outside the gate. Many restaurants including pure veg restaurants and local cafes are around in walking distance.
We had booked a suite room. The size was decent, but the view was not good. The room overall felt quite dark, as there were curtain issue which did not open easily. There are small spotlights operated through a wired remote in both the rooms. The remote was not functioning properly, you had to press very hard to use it, and some lights couldn’t even be switched off and each time you come into the room or there is a power failure (which happened a few times) all the lights go off and you need to operate them again with the remote which was really inconvenient.
There were constant issues with the AC. We requested a room change, and even though rooms were available, they did not help us. Instead, staff came twice to try fixing it. The WiFi was also not working during our stay.
Surprisingly there was no refrigerator in the room for hotel like this. The suite had TVs in both the sitting room and bedroom, but the TV in the sitting area was not working.
The washroom in the sitting area had issues as well, the door lock was faulty and there was also a water problem, which made it inconvenient to use.
You can frequently hear whistle noise from the nearby railway station when trains pass.
Room service was slow, the menu prices are extremely high for this category of hotel. But the food quality was good in buffet dinner and breakfast. They really have very few options for vegan and vegetarian.
They really need to work on overall service, food options, pricing, and maintenance of the property, especially considering the amount they charge.
Overall, while the location is convenient and the food quality is good, there are too many operational and maintenance issues to ignore.

Overall stay for a family is good..
