Very Unprofessional Behaviour by the Management
Was supposed to reach here at 10:30 pm but due to farmer's protest,my train got terminated at Ludhiana and Rail Routes & Roads were blocked so i thought better to cancel the plan....
So i requested the hotel to refund for atleast one day but they refused to do it..
Then somehow i managed to reach amritsar by taking help from my friend...
When checked in to property,rooms were so average , Washrooms were so unhygienic,jet pump and shower were not working..
Won't recommend this hotel to anyone...
Atleast seeing the situation, they should have understood the problem..
