Excellent customer service

Hotel is very good facilities ok pice is reasonable restaurant food is great staff are very humble and helpful best family destination of unwind withyoure with your loved ones.

Overall good experience

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “An absolutely delightful stay from start to finish. The room was impeccably clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, always greeting me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality.” “Dining was a highlight, with beautifully presented dishes full of flavor. Everything felt thoughtful and well taken care of. I left truly impressed and would gladly return without hesitation.”

Fantabulous

Fantastic stay, fabulous service.
I had very comfortable and memorable stay at this beautiful resort in Himachal Pradesh.
my room was big enough to accommodate my family, bathrooms were new and fresh, food in restaurant with live music and coffee in Barista were top quality.
Memorable stay all in all.

Fantastic stay

My stay at Black Mango Resort was nothing short of perfect in terms of room, food, staff and gardens.
staff was very friendly and attentive.
