Nice hotel

The hotel is in a great location, easily walk to main attractions and local shops.
Staff were friendly, rooms clean and spacious with a nice breakfast.
Small shower issue which seemed to be blocked and flooded the bathroom which we reported.

Very helpful staff, clean room and facilities. Decent breakfast. The sauna wasn't avaliable when we stayed and the main lift wasn't working for 2 days

It was amazing. The hotel was beautiful so clean and stylish. The customer service at the desk was incredible. The young man helped me so much with my train booking and was so patient. He was an amazing ambassador for the hotel. Thank yiu again.

This hotel was at a great location, close to city center which made it convenient to go back and take a rest between tourist sites.
The hotel is clean, my room was spacious and they accomodated my request to me to a room down the hall. My room was great, and had all what I needed. They provided free refreshments in the lobby which was amazing. I really enjoyed that!!
The sauna was not working, which I was looking forward to since I booked this hotel with that in mind. I think its important to somehow state that on the website.
Otherwise, I loved everything else and the staff was great!!

Superb hotel. Everything we needed was in the room. Clean and tidy, towels changed daily and the shower was amazing.
