Clean and cosy. Room was great, on ground floor. Breakfast was fantastic and so was dinner in restaurant.
Most importantly staff were lovely
Bit out of town but hotel was situated between 2 metros (5m walk) into heart of Budapest

I want to choose another hotel

The hotel is showing its age, it really shows. The room itself is functionel.
BUT.....
Having the staff rummage through your suitcase is NOT OKAY.
Inside my toilet bag there was a zippered compartment containing about 100 euro.
The bag was inside my suitcase, packed whit all my clothes.
When i got home, i could see my suitcase had benn rummaged through.... And yes the money was gone from the toilet bag.
The comment from the reception ?
You could have just used our safe at the front desk"
Well, maybe i should have...............
SO STAY AWAY FROM TTHIS HOTEL.

The hotel itself was fine; there is a metro stop nearby that makes access to downtown easy. For the day of our departure I booked an airport shuttle at the front desk and told them I needed pickup at 6:30 am. They told me it would be there at 6:30 am. The shuttle never came; the front desk staff kept telling me to wait longer. I got a cab at 7 am. The front desk returned my money grudgingly. Not to be trusted!

Room does not look good at all and they haven't even provide water or coffee. for the price they are taking they should have provided more amenities

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! The workers here are very unpleasant, the food is terrible... the rooms are the only decent thing.
