It does what the website says, great location, clean apartment with all you would need. First thoughts were dodgy entrance but actually you can see how beautiful it would have been in its glory days, on a personal note bed was too firm for us but that's just our preference.

WiFi didn’t work so as TV, communication wasn’t good respond the next day without resolving the problem, room was quite small for two people and two luggage’s also quite noisy from outside

Great price quality
We were 3 friends and liked this apartment. The very old portal and elevator, but then it surprises how nice and clean it is inside. Our room overlooked the main street and in the morning you feel a bit the noise of cars or some ambulance, but nothing exaggerated and we could rest well. Very hard beds, but surprisingly comfortable. Very clean bathroom and kitchenette, really. The area is ideal, it is crossing the street practically from the Jewish quarter where the best restaurants and ruin bars in Budapest are, very safe and well connected with trams and bus, although Ubers work very well and in less than 1 minute you have one. The guy who attended us was a little quick, but there wasn't much mystery about access, so good.

Nightmare
Although we could not get a refund, we had to leave the room within 1 hour.
The information provided to us regarding the room for which we made a reservation and paid on the Booking.com page is incomplete and incorrect.
Two days before checking into the room, we learned that they did not have a reception. There is no security camera. We were staying inside because the elevator going to the floor was broken. We had to walk 3 floors.
When we entered the room, we noticed that there was no pillow for sleeping on the bed and we sent a message to the person in charge. They stated that there were pillows in the photo, but they were decorative pillows, not pillows used for sleeping, so we did not speak out. I went into the bathroom and suddenly the hot water stopped, leaving me with shampoo on my head, I had to heat water and wash it. When I told the person in charge, he said that this might happen and that I should stop using it for a while. All this happened within an hour, by the way, I sent you a message to cancel. The booking person said that they had not responded to your e-mail yet and that going to them would speed up the process, so we took our suitcases, vacated the room and went to them. They said they would not refund us and could give us another room if we wished. We stated from the very beginning that we would definitely not accept it and that they did not give us any information through booking or verbally. There were a lady and a gentleman on duty, they spoke in Hungarian with us so we wouldn't understand. This is a great disrespect. Our life safety was in danger. What would happen if there was an encrypted entrance at the door? There are people lying on the ground in front of the encrypted entrance. They don't have signs. There is no formality or security. We came from our country trusting you, what time is it now and we are still looking for a hotel. Don't fall into this trap. There is an illegal structure here.

Avoid this hotel at all costs
Stay away from this hotel. We were only here for 2 nights and were awake one of the nights for most of the night with shouting and roaring in the room next to us, I messaged the hotel numerous times and they won’t even give me the decency to come back to me with an explanation as to why this happened never mind offering anything for my inconvenience, worst customer service I have ever seen they have ignored about 7 emails from
Me (some through booking.com and some to their emails, so I know they are getting them and just choosing to ignore them) . The toilet had a horrendous smell for the whole stay there was clearly something wrong with the drains that should have been fixed and the room should not have been let out in the state it was in. Room was also very small for three people and the yard you have to walk through to get to this apartment is very scary and building is very old and dated(no light at night and felt creepy) over all very disappointing, stay away!!!
