The most fitting place for a calm stay
If you want a place to calm down and relax after a day at the beach or wandering around, i can't think of a better place. It was my first time in Paros and it was booked by a friend of mine who works there and she was right. Definitely value for money, a great spacious studio with an exceptional garden with small gazebos with a table and a couple of chairs to sit and contemplate on the wonderful view.
Our studio had a large wardrobe, a small table with 4 chairs, a TV and a small kitchen with some shelves and cupboards if we needed to store anything, as well as a small fridge. We did not spend much time there, but we have absolutely no complaint from the stay of the cleanliness of the hotel.
I will probably go to Paros again in August, i will see if there is any availability there for sure.

Read all the reviews on various sites regarding the owner carefully; they are not joking.
I would absolutely not recommend the place. Terrifying experience.
Aside from the inconvenient location because you cannot walk anywhere, the manager is truly rude; upon arrival, he has a long list of rules that he presents and repeats to you multiple times as if it were a school, for example, washing your feet with the garden hose before entering the house, understandable for the sand, but it should be a choice of the guest on how to manage the accommodation, right? Except, of course, for issues of extreme dirt, of course. The only service offered is Wi-Fi.
The studios are not equipped at all for a stay where one wants to cook. Unfortunately, the daily cleaning brings hair from other rooms.
During the stay, he constantly and casually observes from the window; as soon as you leave, he arrives. He did this with me, and I have seen him do it multiple times with other guests. He scolds you for any reason, for example, the dog cannot pee on the tree in the garden, or girls have been reprimanded for hanging towels on a line in the garden, when in the summer a miserable drying rack with four rope lines is provided, which is also not hygienic at all.
You sit in the garden, and if you briefly enter the house to get a drink, the chairs are immediately put back in a position as if they should not be used. When at the beginning of the stay it is said that you can freely use the common areas, it always seems that someone is there waiting.
If you ask for a change of sheets, you must provide explanations.
Initially, I was given a price, and then I paid another, obviously more, with the explanation that the wife is not the boss; he is the boss, and he decides.
I asked for a favor both by email and verbally, and despite the confirmation via email, it was then denied to me in a rude manner, even though I had added other nights to the stay for necessity before arrival. Had I informed myself beforehand, I would not have chosen it because many others from different portals complain about the owner.
If you want to relax, this is definitely not the right place.

Sin!!!
I have to give this rating reluctantly because the owners are really very, very kind and helpful, but what makes me give this rating is the cleanliness of the room.
The various reviews do not correspond to reality. The room is a little dated, but it's ok, what I really couldn't stand was the bathroom, but above all the shower because it was never cleaned, neither upon our arrival nor throughout our stay, we always found a black bowl as if dirty water had been thrown in.
Upon our arrival, Mr. Giorgios recommended us to wash our feet in the tap outside when returning from the beach so as not to fill the room with sand, evidently he doesn't know how the cleaning ladies clean the room, he should check their work! In 4 days the bed was roughly made twice and when we arrived the towels were very damp, it was annoying to use them.
I'm really sorry, because apart from the cleanliness the place is really very relaxing, especially being out in the garden under the verandas and the owners are lovely people.

Clean studio. Owner not accommodating.
Clean studio. Housekeeper comes every day.
Owner not at all friendly and maniacal.
Not ideal for family.
Dangerous access path to the beach (no sidewalk, car driving fast right next to pedestrians).
I do not recommend!

Your own villa on the hill
The owners were very helpful with everything, rooms are properly cleaned every day, price is very good compared to the rest of the island, rooms are very simply decorated and cosy. Location is on top of a hill with very nice view from garden terrace which is secluded from town so you get to calm and relax, however only a 5 min drive from Parikia and all the shops etc. They have their own parking place which is a big plus on the island. The studios are designed like small villas each on their own, you get the feeling you have rented a private villa on a hill.
