Wonderful hotel and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are neat and tidy, and there is a really wide variety of food to choose from. The animators do a fantastic job, and I have nothing bad to say about the staff—everyone is very pleasant. I completely disagree with previous complaints about slow service or long waits at the bar; even if there is a short queue, it moves really quickly. This was the first hotel in my life where the reality completely matched the photos. If I had to choose a place to return to a second time, this hotel would definitely be my number one choice.

Wouldn’t go back

Would not recommend.
On arrival there wasn’t a lot of information given, it was fend for yourself and no welcome drink.
Paid for a luxury private pool room. We were feet away from the kids pool and playground. The noise was awful, I asked to move, receptionist was very abrupt and the rep did nothing. I spoke to the customer relations manager, he offered a different room, but only 2 days before we were leaving.
We also had no sun on the patio where the sun loungers were.
Drinks weren’t great, very basic cocktails served in half pint glasses. That’s if you were lucky to get one. They didn’t want you going to the bar yourself, but we had to wait 20/30 mins for our order to be taken, then another 30 mins to get the drink. This happened repeatedly at lunch time and in the evening.
Food was ‘ok’, but lukewarm.
I feel this hotel is advertised as being a bit of luxury, and the top hotel in the resort. It’s not, and it’s definitely not worth the price we paid for a week.

Below average

Very pleasing on the eye the whole hotel is, however the food and drinks are seriously not good. Greasy omelettes fried in a pan full of fat, lunches the same every day and the evening meals are poor. It’s no better than being in a school canteen for dinner. Service is ok but not great wouldn’t return

It's worth trying it!

Fantastic place to go if you want to relax and enjoy the fun as it offers really friendly atmosphere, services and fantastic entertainment! It's more than recommended!

Unforgettable family holidays.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent in every respect. We visited at the end of June with our husband and our two young children. The facilities were excellent, very child-friendly, the room comfortable and clean, while the amenities fully met our expectations. The staff stands out for courtesy, professional attitude and willingness to serve every need. A special mention deserves the manager of the hotel, who with his professionalism, hospitality and personal interest contributed decisively to make our stay truly pleasant. Congratulations to the entire team for the high level of service it offers. We strongly recommend the hotel to those looking for quality hospitality and will choose it again without a second thought.
