Good budget accommodation

Small hotel come guest house just up the road from Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Only one lady appears to speak any English.
We were served dinner and breakfast but there are also a number of restaurant choices down the road next to the cathedral.
Some of the rooms have a slightly odd set up in the you have to gl through one bedroom to get to the other. I guess they would only let these out to groups or families.
The hotel appears to brew its own wine, the red was very sweet, can't comment on the white. We bought beer from a kiosk round the corner and bought this to the table with no problems.
Wifi was good

Family-run Small Hotel

A very comfortable cosy little hotel ideally centrally located very close to the beautiful Mtskheta Cathedral, and some excellent restaurants. The family don't speak much English but communication was no problem, they were extremely welcoming, and provided a wonderful breakfast spread. The rooms are slightly old-fashioned but very comfortable and very good value for money. Highly recommended.
