Nice place. shame about the service
I was shown a room and then booked and paid for it on the spot. However, when i came back later to check-in, they put me in a smaller room, Not the one i had seen and paid for !! After complaining, i was given the original room i had seen.
On checkout, i was refunded my deposit and had the POS receipt to show the refund. However, FOUR WEEKS LATER, I am still chasing the refund and have been given excuses but still nothing. I return to Accra this week but looks like i will have to go elsewhere, which is a shame because we have people coming through Accra all the time and was hoping to make this our 'go to place' but not now. :-(
PS. when you go through the check-in itinerary, CHECK EVERY SINGLE ITEM FOR CONDITION, DONOT JUST COUNT THE ITEMS. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IF THERE IS A CHIP IN A CUP OR MARK ON A CUSHION !!!

Konaklama süresince sürekli elektrik kesintileri yaşandı. Asansör arızalı olduğu için tüm eşyalarımızı 4 kat boyunca yangın merdivenlerinden taşımak zorunda kaldık. İnternet ise neredeyse hiç kullanılabilir durumda değildi; sürekli kesiliyor, bazen tamamen çalışmıyordu.
İlanlarda gösterilen fotoğraflarla verilen dairenin hiçbir ilgisi yoktu. Reklamlarda sunulan konaklama ile gerçekte verilen yer arasında ciddi farklar vardı. Bu durumu bildirmemize ve çözüm talep etmemize rağmen ne uygun bir alternatif sunuldu ne de ücret iadesi yapıldı.
Bu yaşadığım deneyim tam anlamıyla büyük bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Verilen sözler tutulmadı, müşteri memnuniyeti hiç önemsenmedi. Benzer bir mağduriyet yaşamak istemeyen herkese bu tesisten uzak durmalarını tavsiye ederim.
