Very nice location, pleasant family hotel.
Family hotel where the welcome is professional and friendly.
Very nice location facing the beach. Very beautiful view. And close to the center of Royan.
Not easy to park, which is a downside.
The rooms are very minimalist and quite narrow: there is a bit of a lack of space.
The doors clash between the restroom and the bathroom, which is not practical.
No elevator; I understand because the staircase is very narrow, but it is a shame.
The bedding is comfortable; the room is clean, quiet, and peaceful.
The breakfast is not bad: sweet/savory options.
A comfortable and pleasant hotel all year round due to its exceptional location facing the sea in Royan.

Affordable sleeping by the sea
Should our 2 bikes put one night in courtyard and car was free at the door. She said Royan is safe place with only elderly people. That was right. Road crossed and there in the sand Enjoyed beautiful sunset. We slept peacefully in room 4, with windows open! Fine bed. Small room with separate shower and separate toilet! Fine for one or two nights!

Excellent stay
The rooms are spacious and everything is thought for comfort. The bedding is very comfortable and neat. Breakfast is rich and varied and includes fresh fruit. Which is nice. The little extra is the offer of small gourmet dishes for dinner when you want to cocoon at the hotel. We will come back because it is a beautiful experience

To flee absolutely
Poorly soundproofed no Service but really no _ Heat pump running all night.
Horrible decoration
