Exceptional as always
Exceptional, as always. Get a room with a balcony and an Eiffel Tower view, it is magical. We were lucky to be there for the fireworks. Unique moment, incredible moment.
The room is comfortable, spacious.
The service is great. The welcome at the restaurant is perfect. Thank you Christophe for your kindness and your perfect service, taking such good care of us. We were happy to see you again. Thank you as well Céline for your kindness. We were also very satisfied with the breakfast buffet and the quality and authenticity of the restaurant dishes. Room service is very good and it is truly a treat to be able to enjoy it on one's balcony. In summary, an exceptional location and room with a view, and perfect, kind, smiling service made our stay exceptional. A pure moment of happiness. Thanks again

Even with a few design and operational drawbacks, the location, breakfast, and overall convenience.
I spent several days at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel while attending Executive MBA classes. My stay was comfortable and convenient, though I did notice a few drawbacks.
The location is a major plus. Being just steps from the Eiffel Tower made for a memorable setting, and the views from the 10th-floor classrooms were stunning. These views really enhanced the experience. However, the wind noise at that height was noticeable and sometimes distracting during classes and meetings, even with the windows closed.
My room on the sixth floor was comfortable, but it felt a bit small for the price. The bathroom looked outdated. The deep tub was nice, but it was hard to step into, even for tall people. The partial glass panel didn’t keep water from splashing onto the floor, which was inconvenient.
The elevators get crowded during busy times like mornings, midday, and evenings. Taking the stairs is a good alternative and gives you a bit of exercise.
Even when I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up, housekeeping still cleaned my room. If you want more privacy, it’s a good idea to speak directly to housekeeping.
The gym is on the lower level and is open 24 hours. It has basic equipment like treadmills, but the space is small and only fits a few people comfortably. They provide water and fresh fruit, though I noticed there weren’t any sanitizing wipes available.izing wipes available.
One of the best parts of my stay was the free breakfast. I highly recommend it. There was always a great selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, made-to-order vegetable omelets, fresh juices, and coffee. I looked forward to it every day.

Centrally located hotel with friendly staff in central paris
Amazing location near Eefill tower , close proximity to all major attractions , nice roof top bar and good food

Dreadful
What a let down! Had a snack when we arrived €33 for a plate of French fries and 2 x 33cl bottles of Corona beer.
Went to the feature bar on the 10th floor at 6.15pm for pre dinner drink and a view of the Tower - told we would have to pay €25 per person just to go in! And we were residents.
Went back to the lounge bar where we had been in the afternoon - shown to a table and no sign of service after 15 minutes so we left.
Arrived back at the hotel at 9pm to find our toilet wasn’t flushing. Reported it in person to receptionist - she ‘sent a message’ - no response so I went down again. Told by same person that no technician available. Thankfully it seems to be working- only here 1 night thank goodness.
Shower in the room is barely functioning. Water leaks past the shower glass flooding the floor. No shower mat so very slippery and warned my wife not to use it. No flannels supplied either. Limited tea/coffee choices.
All in all for a hotel that charges over £300 per night through Booking.com and others (thankfully we didn’t pay anything like that as it was a 1 night pre cruise stay), this hotel is very poor value and not up to standard in so many respects.

Very cool France hotel
I just love how this hotel is by the Eiffel tower. You can see the entire thing even from the first floor! And the beds are really comfy, the shower pressure is just amazing, and it has just been a very luxurious experience for me and my family!
